If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

The Personal Account is protected by your password, which is unknown to the Service Provider, and all actions performed from your Personal Account create legal rights and obligations for the Parties.
This Agreement remains in force until it is terminated in accordance with these Terms.
3. Subject Matter (Services We Provide)
We provide:
Hereinafter, each individually and all together shall be the “Services”, depending on the context.
Please note: our Services are intended for self-education and personal development. They are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, the world around you, and current events. We are not an accredited or regulated educational institution, and participation in our events does not lead to professional certificates, diplomas, or other qualifications. Accordingly, our Services are not regulated by special education legislation.
The original video content is recorded in Russian or Ukrainian and may be translated into English and other languages using artificial intelligence technologies (unless otherwise stated) to ensure accessibility. Translated versions are provided solely for convenience, and we do not guarantee the full accuracy of translations produced using artificial intelligence.
Online events are conducted using an individual (author’s) methodology and may not meet the expectations of all participants.
An individual (author’s) methodology means a combination of techniques, methods, and tools developed by the author based on the author’s experience and knowledge necessary to address the topic of the event. It reflects the author’s personal style and includes a unique manner of presenting materials, and therefore, as noted above, may not match participants’ expectations.
3.1. We provide access to recorded videos through a functional module (player).
This access does not grant you any licence permissions or ownership rights in the videos themselves. You may view the videos during the access period, but you are prohibited from downloading, copying, distributing, or otherwise using them in any way other than streaming. Unlike commonly accepted licensing standards in the industry, we do not grant any rights for personal or commercial use beyond viewing.
The Service Provider uses best efforts to ensure that the Customer has access to the video recordings and materials for six months (180 calendar days) from the date the relevant Service is provided.
After two calendar years from the date the Service is provided, such video recordings and/or materials are automatically removed from the Customer’s Personal Account, with no obligation on the Service Provider to restore them or provide access again.
3.2. To participate in live (virtual/online) events, you agree to the following:

Any exercises or recommendations provided during Individual Informational Services are of a general educational nature. You bear sole responsibility for your subsequent decisions, actions, and the results of such actions.
4. Intellectual Property

All materials shown to you or provided to you (including slides, worksheets, notes, methods, and recordings, if any) are objects of intellectual property rights of the Service Provider or third parties.
You are not granted any licence or other rights to use the videos in any way other than personal streaming during the access period.
You are prohibited from downloading, copying, distributing, or otherwise using the videos beyond streaming. Unlike a standard copyright licence commonly accepted in this industry, we do not grant any rights for personal or commercial use beyond viewing.

In the event of a dispute, the Parties will first seek to resolve it out of court.
The provision of Services by the Service Provider to the Customer is suspended until the dispute between the Parties is resolved.

The Service Provider provides no guarantees and is not responsible for the Customer’s actual application of the knowledge and skills acquired in practice; correct application of such knowledge and skills is entirely the Customer’s responsibility.
